All trainers are qualified assessors and have over 20 years experience in working in Health and Social Care settings. We specialise in coaching and mentoring staff teams to ensure competency in mandatory and bespoke subjects and accredited qualifications.
We are qualified tutors with hands-on experience in all areas of health and social care, including mental health, learning disability and dementia care.
All our courses are designed to ensure person-centred staff teams are enabled to have an understanding and awareness of their roles and responsibilities and to gain new skills in both mandatory and bespoke specialist training programmes.
